Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was serving a Central Univ as Associate Prof and Univ has terminated my services(which was under probation) with deliberately framed allegations without giving me any reasonable opportunity to defend me against the proposed action against me. Therefore, I have filed a writ in High Court of that state. Further, I have been selected for same position by another central university in another state. Therefore I seek advice how to join this new university, is there any legal problem in joining? I had applied for new position while I was in service of previous univ.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You will need to obtain a service certificate from the Central University where you were previously employed and produce the same to your new University for their information and record. There is no problem in joining the new University.
