Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hi ,
I have signed in a bond for 18 months and submitted all my original certificates in my organization, but now i do not want to stay here because of my personal issue, i am here for past 3 months, If i want to break the bond organisation asking me to pay 60000 rupees can any one able to suggest me what to do ? Is there any possibility to get my certificates back without paying money ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
An employment or service bond of any kind or nature is illegal and a criminal offense. Retaining original certificates of candidates and employees is also illegal and a criminal offense rendering defaulters legally liable to fine and imprisonment.
