Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I signed the document from Hr stating that i am on probation period for first 3 months.
I have joined office in May 2014. As per the agreement probation period expires in july.
After that i have not signed or received confirmation letter.
Now i want to leave the organisation.
Do i need to serve or buy out notice period?????

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you will have to buy out the notice period during probation as stated in your Appointment Letter. If there is a clause which mentions that confirmation is implied, if the Company does not terminate your services anytime during probation, you will have to buy out the notice period as applicable to a confirmed employee as stated in your Appointment Letter.
Regards,
