Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I signed a job agreement with an MNC IT company for 1.5 years. Now after one year of the job, when I ask company for a copy of the agreement they are refusing to providing a copy. They show me the agreement and let me read the agreement but didn't provide any copy of the agreement, either hard copy or soft copy.
Can a company refuse to provide agreement copy and if they refuse in writing, will the bond agreement be still valid?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, the Company is legally liable to provide you with a copy of the Agreement. You should specifically request the Company requesting them to provide you with a copy of the Agreement for your record failing which you will deem that the Agreement is no longer valid and is null and void.
