Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, I am aged 44 yrs working in a private ltd company, Hyderabad since 1996 in accounts dept as Accounts Manager. Now I am suffering from Parkinson's Disease since 2012. due to illness I am not able to attend office regularly. Now the company has stopped salary since three months. when i met my boss considering my service he given me 6 months advance salary through cheque as medical expenses, on commitment that I will join after recover from illness. Now I received message from hrd dept, that they have terminated my service without information. Please let me know what can i do. My service is the only income for me. in this condition no one will give me job. pl help me with your kind advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I strongly recommend you resort to doing pranayam and yoga daily to build up your confidence and quickly recover from your illness. You should remember that one of your service conditions stipulates that you should be medically fit to work. The Company has been considerate in helping you financially through your trying times. You may request your boss for three more months of leave without pay to recover and resume duty.
