Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, I am appointed as a development officer in LIC India.when I filled the exam form for this post , there was mentioned in that form that the duty of a development officer is the recruitment of agents and procuring business for LIC India. But the problem is that the actual work is not the recruitment but it is about searching of agents, convincing them, pleasing against them for agency, teaching them sufficient to make them eligible for IRDA exam.
Sir, my question is that whether the meaning of recruitment consists all these activities?
Can't I challenged this or can I?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Forget challenging anything and everything. Simply follow your instincts, firm up your mind and decide whether the new appointment interests you or not, and do so accordingly. Don't waste your time on trivia.
