Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, I was appointed as a sub editor in a publication company (It is a reputed daily news paper). After one year I have been asked to work (deputation) in another publication company as same designation. I was directed orally. I have been working here since 7 years. My appointed publication company pay rolls were very low compared to the present publication company. But till today I am paying very low salary according to my appointed publication company pay rolls. I think this is not correct. I should pay according to the pay rolls, where I am presently working. Please suggest me what should I do..

You should discuss the matter with the HR -- Human Resources Department of your present publication company and seek their advice and guidance.
