hello sir, i was attacked by acid throw on 2007 and it was unjustified to me in criminal court. i dont mind when the justise itself is not punishing the criminal. but as my right of my demand and the case is eligible for consumer. labour and on human rights . now a case filed in consumer rights is much delaying to provide justise. human rights commision did not consider as saying date barred. can i now file acase in labour court ? as i am fighting for justse since 8 years. kindly guide me

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should proceed in accordance with the prime suspect who committed the dastardly act on you. If the prime suspect according to you is in connection with your job, you should approach the local Labour Commissioner for justice. If the prime suspect according to you is a customer or supplier of goods or services, you should approach the Consumer Court for justice. If justice is being denied to you in the matter, you should also approach the Human Rights Commissioner, besides the Labour Commission or the Consumer Court. The basis and evidence will be as per the Police Report in the case.
