SIR,
I was an bank employee and i was served with a notice that UNLESS YOU REPORT FOR DUTY OR GIVES AN EXPLANATION THAT YOU HAVE NO IN TEN TION OF NOT JOINING DUTY WITH IN 30 DAYS OF NOTICE .ON GETTING NOTICE I REPORTED WELL IN TIME BUT IWAS NOT ALLOWED TO JOIN DUTY.AND LATER ON , THEY VOLUNTARY RETIRED ME FROM BANK WITHOUT ANY INQUIRY . SIR PL GUIDE IT IS JUSTIFIED OR NOT, JUGEMENTS IF ANY IN MY FAVOUR
