Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
My brother got a job in mobile network call center as trainee through a consultancy service. Now he is a trainee at his firm, so getting only about 5000 INR as his stipend. He was signed a paper which was given by the consultancy firm at that time of recruitment. Now they are arguing that the authorization he given in the beginning contains a statement that he will give half of his first salary to the firm. They are now regularly calling to my home and blackmailing that should pay immediately that money otherwise they will go for the case and all. He is worrying and helpless also, because out of this 5000, how he can give 2500. I am thinking that they mentioned about the salary but now he is getting only his stipend.... so the statement is not presently valid... Please help us sir by providing some legal advises regarding this?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your brother has agreed and signed that he will pay half the first salary he receives to the consultancy firm as their fees, it is advisable and recommended that he pays off the Rs. 2,500/- to the consultancy firm and closes the matter.
