Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir, my name is Divya Prakash. I served in Indian Air Force for 9 years (28 Sep 2004 to 28 Sep 2013) as a soldier. Then I fled away from IAF and became a deserter. Then I joined Bank of India as a PO on 13 Jun 2014 concealing my previous job in IAF. I lost my job of PO in Bank of India on 21 Mar 2015 as Indian Air Force complained about me in bank. Indian Air Force will search me for 3 years i.e. upto 28 Sep 2016 and then it will discharge me from service. After discharge from IAF, I want to claim for my PO job of Bank of India through court. What are chances of my getting PO job of Bank of India back?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since your termination from Bank of India as the Probationary Officer was as a result of a complaint lodged by the Indian Air Force, you have a grim chance of getting back your job at Bank of India. In my opinion, do not waste your time and money with pursuing the Court, and look for a job elsewhere.

Regards,
