Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, We are ex-servicemen joined SBI in clerical cadre in 2009. Some of our ex-servicemen filed wp in Kolkata hc in Oct 2013 for improper fitment and illegal stoppage of dearness relief with our defence pention. This has been done by the SBI Bengal HR department arbitrarily and only affecting 100 odd among hundreds ex-servicemen unlikely on pan India basis. Now matter is our writ petition is not at all moving our case has merits. Sir, advise how our case could be heared as early as possible.
