Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, I have filed a case against my employer in Aug 2015. That time deputy commissioner verbally told the employer to pay the payments to me after that he gave me post dated cheques. Issue is now he is threating me to file a case against me and told me to give the document where commissioner told him to pay cheques. When I approach the labour court for files related to case to my surprise files are missing from court. Please advice me what can I do now.
