Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir my friend had purchased a piece of land with registration in his name. we were close friends and on that trust i spent money on constructing house. ground floor occupied by him and first floor occupied by me. but now he is telling that he wants to sell the entire house as land is in his name. please suggest what step should i take since i am staying on the top floor with my family for 5 years now
