Sir i gave an interview in a private company in india and got a offer letter to join it, for which i replied no, bcoz i got another job, after some time i got a email from someone asking my account number which i gave, now i am receiving salary from the company which i didn't joined, its been three months, they have also send me payslip for it, i wanted to know if i didn't tell the company about their mistake and uses the money what action will the company take and how can i save myself

Dear Sir / Madam.
It is unethical to accept salary for work not done, as you run the risk of being asked to return the monies back to the Company anytime. Returning back the money credited to your Account back to the Company is advisable and strongly recommended.
