Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello Sir, I joined a company , on the date of joining the company was on leave no production happening ( no material), they just asked me to filling joining documents like appointment order, esi, of declaration forms, and asked me to leave. No employee code was generated , no ID issued, only after going in I realised that I would suit . I didnt go next day informed them. What are the legal implication of quoting job after filling up joining documents, no bond. One month notice fr resignation or one month salary to be paid in case of resignation. Will this applicable to me as well.
