Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, an employment or service bond of any form or nature whatsoever is illegal and a criminal offence. Your contractual engagement with the Company is based on a simple mutually beneficial condition - you work for the establishment for its benefit and progress and in turn you get compensated and paid in return for your services. If you have decided to quit, you need to submit your resignation to the Company mentioning your last working date which is based on the notice period clause of either 7 days or 15 days (during probation) and 30 days (if confirmed) requesting the Company to give you your full and final settlement dues on the last working date and a Service Certificate.

Regards,
