Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello Sir, I have joined state govt psu job through computer based examination. In the recruitment advertisement, it was not mentioned anywhere that I have to execute a surety bond. Through the merit in exam, I got the said job but in the offer letter they have added the clause of surety bond of 2Lac /3 Year service. Owing to financial constraints at the time of joining, I have signed the bond. Now I got another opportunity in the central govt job with higher pay scale, which I would like to join. But I have served state govt PSU only for 6 months. I really like to join central govt. job. What are the consequences of surety bond breaking? Do I have to whole amount of surety bond?
