Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir, my name is kamal das from Guwahati, my father was working in FCI when he died of an accident in the year 2000. he was woring as a grade IV peon. my mother does receives pension including 2 younger brothers of mine. but she had not yet got the job. its been 15 years now. she is about to get 50 years old now. can there be any chances for her to get my father's job? or can there be an option for anyone else in my family to get the job. my younger brother is also a graduate now. plz help thank you

Dear Kamal Das,
You should check with the FCI authorities whether they can offer a job on compensatory grounds to your mother or any other family member who is qualified, since your father passed away whilst he was in service of the Corporation.
