Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir I m working in nationalized bank as officer. My job is transferrable. I lost my child two months ago and now i want to adopt a child but my inlaws and my own family not support in this matter even my husband too. But i m stick to my decision .But due to my job it is(transfer) how can i stay with my adopt child . please give me legal help my husband is working in mnc.
