Hello sir /madam my name is varun bhardwaj and i m working in macmillan publisher pvt ltd as a executive actually my boss all the poke me and he always and all the time he blame me for all thing and he all the time only target me when i told this things to my VP and HR department they are saying this is not a part of harassment and i am not a mature person that's why i am saying this sir could you tell me what is the harassment and this is not a harassment if one person all the time target you all the time poke you in the front of your office colleague that's why i want give resignation to my company without noticed period and they are saying if you are not complete your notice period then company deduct my 45 days salary in salary deduction they have rule and if someone mentally harass to other person for this they don't have any rule or regulation sir please suggest me what i do now

Dear Varun,
If your boss behaves unruly with you, please speak to him / her and request that they should refrain from such ill mannered behaviour in the Office. Be bold, firm and forthright. in your approach and dealing with Office staff and colleagues, Do not resign on this flimsy ground, unless and until you have an alternative employment or job assignment in your hand. You may request the Company for transfer to another Department to work with another reporting supervisor.
