Hello sir/ Madam.I am working for a Delhi based company for 4.8 years.now last in the month of February company have given a mail to leave the company with one month paid notice.

now sir kindly tell me now can I get my gratuity and compensation from the company because they are not paying my pending till now

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the terms and conditions of your appointment state that one month's notice either side and the Company has paid you the notice pay, there is no question of any compensation to be paid to you. Yes, you are entitled to your PF dues which you ought to claim from the Company.
