sir ,my name is mukesh.I have given my resignation dated 1st o march.but my reporting boss is not accepting it.Sir,what i can do,please advice.

send it to them by email and also by registered post. serve the notice period if so required under the terms of your appointment.

Your reporting boss cannot prevent you from submitting your resignation. Do as already directed by my learned colleague - Anuradha Dixit.
