sir i am in public sector bank and i worked in bank on higher capability in probation periods .i worked for some months and due to some region i refused and then i got transfer d despite bike accident injury i got relived from that branch. i joined other branch but due to injury i am on leave from January and payment also stopped because of leave shortage i have all proof against bank capability level circular and i want back to that location not same branch. can i go in court.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Court action is not advisable nor recommended. You should very politely express your opinion and desire to the Regional Manager to post you to the same Branch location where you originally were. However, you also need to note that in every Bank jobs, transfer on completion of two or three years at a particular branch are inevitable, and binding upon you.
