hello sir, my question is this. i m working in a dubai manufacturing private company here i m working as a driver and van sales. my contract is limited contract. it will expired on 30 April 2016. and i want to terminate from this company because of some manager issue. i have already given one month notice. but i didn't complete my limited contract. so my question is if i will region before my contract expire. should i get the six month ban. OK if i will get six months ban so how can i removed please give me some advice. thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,

Whether a six months ban has to be affixed or not is decided by the Employer since you plan to quit before the completion of your contract period. You will have to request the Ministry of Labour to waive off the six months ban if affixed on your Passport.
