Sir I want to ask one question in 2012 a police recruitment total vacancy was 2500.I passed PMT,PET and written exam but in interview I failed. so i could not get possition in final list. in this application there was 10% reserve for home guard. but only about 40 homeguard passed in written exam. But they put case for reservition but state goverment do not agree with them after two year high court ordered to take about 250 home gaurd in constable possition. but many of them do not passed in written exam we are who passed in written exam can we put case in court for recruit us.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, since the Court has ordered to take 250 home guards in the constable position, you all can file a case in the Court requesting that you be granted employment in the Police constabulary.
