Sir, my restaurant not giving me salary because my colleague found guilty in camera but when he takes cash my attention was other side owner claims me that I was also involved in this please suggest me sir help me out

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you are in no way involved in the theft, you should give a written declaration to this effect to the Owner, clearly stating that the CCTV camera shows your colleague taking the cash and you are in no way involved nor connected with the theft, and since you are unnecessarily wrongly being penalized for no fault of yours whatsoever, your salary should be paid to you without any delay. If the Owner fails to oblige, you should inform the Owner that you will lodge an FIR in the local Police station to settle the matter.
