Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir. I was reverted to two grade below my existing grade.aftr 7 years of service in that category by administration as per they called it review.i got a STATUS QUO from high court.so what wil rail bound to except it. As prior to when this order issued administration forcefuly spared me from my dept to another department. Wil they interfere it?
