Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir i have been selected in district judges court as a LDC & in the panel they mentioned that it is a part of selection process & depend on the approval of govt of west bengal & nobody have the right to claim any virtue of this notification & the panel valid for one year. now 10 months already over & my question is what should we do?

u can file a writ beofre High court, if appointment is arbitrarily with held,. law is clearer in this point merely because you are included in the list , u cannot get vested right to appointment,however if delay is due latches or arbitrary action , certainly court will issue a writ commanding authority to appoint u

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should follow up with the Court on the status of your selection. Since it is based on approval of the Government, you should not be entirely dependent and wait endlessly only for this job, and keep trying for another job opportunity as well.
