Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi SIR, i signed a employment bond for 2 years in a software company but actually the company is not registered, is that employment bond is valid?.

Dear Sir / Madam,
An employment or service bond of any form or nature and on any pretext is invalid, illegal and a criminal offence.
