Sir, i was working as bm in NBFC till july 15 after audit it was found the on dealer has cheated me . 3 vehicle which was to be delivered to the customer after loan has not been delivered and payment got released after getting invoice from the dealer through RTGS. We approched the dealer he gave assurance letter to return the money back . among 3 two has been settled and part payment of third has been given . also 8 vehicle got funded with high quotation amount as given by the dealer. I was suspanded and asked to resolve the issue. Now company has given show cause notice which i replied but they ignored the reply totaly and issued charge sheet saying that a domestic enquery will be conducted as per creminal breach of trust. Kindly suggest how to save my self. And what punishment can be givrn by HR.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the dealer has failed to fulfill his obligation of delivering the vehicles to the customer, the dealer remains liable to compensate the parties in loss. If any follow-up action is pending from your side inform your reporting supervisor and the HR of your desire to complete it.
