Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello sir I am working in CCL (coal India subsidiary) since jun 2014.I have applied in NCL (coal India subsidiary) in Feb 2014. At the time of interview in NCL jan2015 CCL gave me NOC for appearing in interview. Now I am selected in NCL but CCL does not release me.what can I do now.please hive me legal advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The No Objection Certificate given by CCL to appear for the NCL interview is legally binding on CCL.
