Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello Sir... I am working in a company in Bangalore, in our company we have a salary rule of 80- 20 which means the 80% of your salary is paid on every 5th working day and the remaining 20 % is paid at the end every Quarter (Based on Performance)
but till date till remaining 20% has not been paid, and more over we are not getting any facilities like PF, Health benefits Etc..... can you please suggest me what can be done...
