Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir, i am working with company from 5months. This is my probation period and now company is firing me and several other employees by paying 7days notice/salary for cost reduction.as per appointment letter 7days notice served in case of performance and conduct without any reason. While 6months/ old employees are paid 1month notice/salary. Kindly support as the group involve a very low income peoples and 7days salary w/o job will make several persons family suffer. Is this legal to pay 7days notice/salaries for new employees for cost .

Yes. The Company has the right to terminate the service of any of its employee.

1) repeated query. already replied on Pathlegal.

2) The T&C of employment stipulates 7 days notice, duly accepted by u all.

The Company is correct.
