Sir I am working with pharmaceutical company as a salesman at Gurdaspur h.q. from last 5.5 year.

Company transferred me 250km away from my home town gurdaspur to chandighar.

My salary is only 12000. During my last field working with my boss I am unable to work in the field full day.

My foot was get injured one day before working even then I worked with them half day 20th feb. I took leave for next 2 day. And joined the field on 23rd. On 28th feb company has issued tranfer letter with the reason of business exegesis and ask me to stop field work and join new h.q on 7th March. Now I have reached new hq and joined field work and finding accommodation. Today i stayed in hotel paid 500 for room. I have only 6000 in my account. Company is asking for local address for letter communications which I don't have. I am finding PG accommodation/room but these are quite costly

Can you please draft a letter for me and also need your suggestion s also

1.transfer me back to home town because they have malafied attention

2 ask loan for survival.

Dear Rinku,

The Company is legally liable to pay you all the allowances and expenses applicable to your position and salary grade in the Company, that have been agreed to be paid to you at the time of transferring you from your Headquarters in Gurdaspur (local town) to Chandigarh (metro city). These allowances comprise of Daily Outstation Allowance (for food, travel, laundry, internet/telephone/mobile, and sundry expenses) - Rs, 200/- per day, Daily Outstation Accommodation Allowance - Rs, 300 per day (if no accommodation has been provided at the place of posting) and reimbursement of actual fare whenever incurred for attending Company meetings at Headquarters or any other locations decided by the Company and its Management Officers, Chandigarh being an expensive city, the minimum Daily Outstation Accommodation Allowance should be Rs, 500/- .Attach a copy of your hotel bill as supporting to the Company. If you do not have a local address, please give your Gurdaspur address as your address for all Company correspondence and request the Company to email all Company correspondence to you regularly from time to time,
