Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, After 8 years service with a real estate co in Gurgaon, I resigned from my service on mutual understanding ( my employer told me to regine) but its been more then 2 months my employer not yet paid my 2 months salary, 30 days leave encashment and gratuity etc. Kindly advise.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since your employer has asked you to resign, the employer remains liable to pay up and settle all your dues. You should give your employer seven days time to pay you up and settle all your dues failing which, you should straightaway lodge an FIR against your employer for "cheating" (Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code) to resolve and settle the matter immediately.
