Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
As Fca Prashant Chavan ji have advised against my question and advised that my friend should search further job in this regard I want to draw your kind attention that the Adani Group Have terminated the services of my friend without any reason, and his job profile was to assist to Seniors for getting approval etc from the Govt. and he do not have any power to suspend any of the staff, not to charge-sheet to any staff not having any financial power in that case my frieind have any legal right to ask for justice in any competent forum
incase he has any ground then where and on which ground he can ask for justice, please help me

Dear Sir / Madam,
As advised, in my opinion, it will only be a futile wasteful exercise running behind seeking justice. Instead, your friend should wisely quickly push this unfortunate happening and event behind him / her, look ahead and immediately secure another job. The matter will unnecessarily drag on for years and your friend will unnecessarily be tied down running every now and then to attend court hearings.
