Sir,

How long wait for the final settlement dues after exit the company? i was resigned my job 7 month back with one month notice period, the company accepted and relived me after the notice period. i did pending works and hand over to new staff for my duties. after exit the company i was wait for final settlement dues for 4 months above, but they are not settle dues ,finally i got the settlement dues from the hrd via email, when i was claim to settlement they said it is wrongly send to you, your settlement dues has revised so you should wait for next terminal dues, after 2 months they have send the revised terminal dues , the revised terminal dues Rs 35000/ recovery made my account, and one more my sslc original certificate along with them.

pls guide the issue , how take action via labour law? it is procedure are correct or wrong?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you have served one month's notice period, the Company is not supposed to recover one month's notice pay from your full and final settlement dues. The Company is legally bound to settle an employee's full and final settlement dues ideally on the employee's last working date. If the Company fails to settle your dues, Police action against the Company for "cheating" is advisable and recommended.
