Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir
I have joined govt org .in the recruitment advt they did not mention any employment bond.
Then they demand caste validity for issuing order.the order issue for some earlier same recruitment does not mention employment bond.but in my order they stateemployment bond necessary & if you break it you have to pay 6 month salary.
I have given employment bond .
Is this bond valid ?
What are options available for me

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the employment bond is valid, but at the same time it is transferable from one Government organization to another Government organization.
