Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir,

I am serving my notice period in a private firm in Kerala. Its a back office of an Bahrain based company. I haven't received any salary for past two months and till now. Is there anything legally to do to get my salary. When asked to the management about this they are not even trying to hear it.

So if there is anything I can do legally please advise.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please issue a final request the Company in writing to provide you details of reason for withholding your salary and confirmation of the amount withheld by the Company. Please do not file a case against the Company till you receive a reply in writing with detail of deductions. Thereafter, if you are not convinced or you are still displeased, write a representation addressed to the Ministry of Employment and Public Welfare, New Delhi for the attention of Ms Smriti Irani. Repost query if you do not receive a reply in writing from the concerned Ministry.

Regards,
