Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello sir,
I am working in an IT company , I have joined this organisation as a fresher and singed a bond of 1.5 lakh as a training fee and hence according to bond condition I can't leave the organisation for 2 years. As I am not satisfied with organisation. I wanted to leave this organisation and it's mine 8th month while working here.

Dear Sir / Madam,
An Employment / Service Bond of any form or nature being bonded labour, is illegal and a criminal offense. You should refer your Appointment Letter and see the "Notice Period" clause mentioned therein, since you only remain legally liable to serve the notice period as contained in your Appointment Letter. Whilst seeking another employment, you should mention to the prospective employer that you will be breaking a bond signed by you, which may entail you to pay the bond amount to the Company, for you to assess and check whether the new employer is willing to bear this amount.
Regards,
