Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir,
I (working in govt of India dept ) send an official letter directly to a superior officer (not immediate superior) by writing through proper channel and Advance copy in it. A copy of same letter submitted to my controlling officer in my office. Is there anything worng in it?
