Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
I was working with a reputed company in Delhi.After working 14 years i left the company and they have settle everything. 8 years gone but motorbike has not been transfer in my name.Neither they talk to take bike from me nor they transfer in my name.I have sent many mail or established conversation but no response came.
Kindly help what should i do.

After u left the company, go and handover complete charge including company bike.
It is ur responsibility.
Otherwise, one fine day, company will file criminal and civil cases to recover the amount with penalty.
