Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
I am working in Safety department of a PSU in Inida whose works were spread all over India. Please advise me if there is any guide lines exists for reporting of any industrial accidents to ministry within stipulated time?
As far as I know that if any accident happens in any factory the same is to be informed under section 88 A & 89 to factory inspector. Is there any legal guideline to inform ministry?.
Pl clarify.....

Dear Sir / Madam,
There are no formal legal guidelines to inform the Ministry. The Factories Inspector has to be informed as per the provisions of Section 88A and 89 of the Factories Act.
