Sir,Kindly resolve my query on the following points
1. What is the time schedule for submitting the chargesheet to any official in Public sector banks in India, (any supreme court decision in this matter)
2.If chargesheet is not submitted within the time frame, will the chargesheeted official is exonerated from all the charges of the chargesheet.(any supreme court decision in this matter)
