Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir/Madam
I am an Bank employee, the bank has found some irregularity on my part and suspended me from service, and also reported the matter to State EOW(Economic Offence wing)for further investigation.The EOW after detail investigation exonerated me from all the allegations levied by the Bank against me in their report, but the bank punished me for the same allegations, without considering the EOW report. Do i have any legal protection available in this case if "Yes", please give me the details( If any case reference is also available)
