Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi Sir,

Most of my Friends are working as HR Manager, and they informed me it is illegal if you are working fulltime in Two MNC's and getting dual salary also PF Department will file case on you if they detect your dual PF Deduction.

please suggest me it's really urgent for me because I have a lot of financial problem and I don't want to leave this opportunity from my hand.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Don't go around telling one and all what you do. You should act as your instinct guides you and then keep your actions to yourself. As already advised earlier, focus on to the core point. If any of your Appointment Letter prohibits you from accepting any other employment whilst in service, taking up a second alternative job along with the current job is not advisable and is not recommended. If they both don't specifically prohibit you in writing, just quietly do it.
