Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir,
my name is shashank and i am from hyderabad,telangana.i am a b.tech graduate and i am trying for a couple of state and central government jobs including civil services 2015.In december 2014 a case under sections ipc 365,323,and 506 respectively is registered against me and i am the accused no.6 in the case (A6). am i eligible for government job recruitment with an ongoing court case.if not atleast am i eligible after the case is closed.i heard that even after the case gets closed i am not eligible as the section 365 is very strong case.please help me out.

As a technically qualified professional, you should refrain from being gripped with unwanted thoughts. Focus on the immediate task ahead of you since you cannot be punished unless and until the criminal / civil charges levelled against you are proved by law. All the best for your success in the forthcoming civil services examination.
