Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello sir,
This is vinod kumar actually im 28 years old this is regarding with my post through the dept.of ksdl once they have called for sc/st backlog vacancies positions and i have been applied for it after 1 year they have announced provisional list regarding tat post they told objections can be applied for the post ,so i immideately applied for the 2 candidates have score less percentage than me but i got replied from them tat they have done a selection based on age group like 40-28 and 28-18 those 2 candidates age is 33 & 36 .so i didint ask question for them ...But the thing is after few months they have prepare another additional provisional list in tat they have selected a candidate lesser of age bt he got more percentage then me.so i got doubt previously they told me like based on age they have selected based on it i send objection that the candidate has lesser age than me and his age is 27 years previously u told me we are selected based on age ,but till now to my objection i dint get any reply from them ...so i was totally confused regarding this postings can u pl suggest me how the selection has been done for the sc/st backlog posts can i appeal for the court ...

Caste discrimination of any form or nature is illegal and a criminal offense.
