Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am sourabh suman. I joined company on 22 of June and resigned on 22 of July. I gave resignation letter but company didn't give me acceptance of my resignation and manager said me; you may go. now please tell me whether I am eligible for my salary if yes then what should I do?? manager has refused to pay any money. please answer my question

Dear Sourabh,

You are legally liable to serve the notice period as mentioned in your Appointment letter. If your notice period during probation is 7 days, the Company remains legally liable to pay you salary for the balance 23-24 days. If your notice period is one month, you are not entitled to any salary since you worked for just one month in the Company without giving any notice.
